OPIsystems Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide accurate, timely and professional oversight for technical and non-technical projects. The Project Manager will use best practices to provide visibility and tracking to the PMO and Senior management team, as it relates to scope, schedule, cost and resource allocation

Reporting to the PMO Executives, the Senior Project Manager will:

  • Project Manage Technical and Non-Technical projects
    • Provide visibility into capital projects at OPIsystems to the appropriate stakeholders
    • Use PM tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, Meetings, logs) to provide scope, schedule, and cost estimates and ongoing tracking
    • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project deliverables are being met
    • Provide timely updates to project stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure key decisions are being made
    • Use OPI resources for domain knowledge (Product, Market, and Customer) to drive project deliverables
  • Resource management allocation and reporting
    • Assessing the resource requirements (people, capital) for all outstanding projects
    • Tracking and reporting resource allocation toward capital projects on a monthly basis
    • Reporting resource requirements or shortages to the necessary project sponsor
  • New Product Introduction (NPI)
    • Assisting the executive team with collecting requirements and strategic outcomes for projects
    • Completing ROI analysis for new and existing projects
    • Creating a robust project plan for development, testing, certification, and production


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering)
  • PMI Certification a MAJOR bonus (CAPM, PMP or other related)



  • Demonstrable experience in delivering technical projects on time and within budget
  • 5-10 years’ experience in project management
  • Experience in electronic product design and manufacturing products, including New Product Introductions (NPI) and re-design projects
